Petit Pump Stations are gravity-fed from the reservoir tank and packed with noise-reducing features that extend equipment life and create a quieter operation. Pulsation dampeners extend hose and pump life while reducing noise, and because unchecked vibration accelerates wear, the station includes vibration-damping levelling feet and Lexan belt guards.

Petit's extended-life belt system provides years of service without adjustment. A simple single-point tensioning system allows quick correction if ever needed, though this belt typically lasts over a decade.

We know the car wash environment and build for it. Because equipment rooms get wet, our frames are aluminium and powder-coated to prevent rust. We use proven components, with TEFC motors rather than the cheaper open-drip-proof motors found on most equipment, and pumps supplied by industry leader Cat Pumps, with Wanner Hydra-Cell available as an alternative.
