MultiPressure System

SELF-SERVE

Ultra-fast in-bay self-serve equipment

When a customer selects a low-pressure cycle, the VFD system runs at high pressure until the chemical reaches the bay, allowing faster delivery and higher satisfaction. When the product reaches the spray tip, the system switches to the pre-selected delivery pressure. Each new selection initiates at high pressure, and motor speeds ramp up and down to eliminate the jolt of motor contactors.

CustomKraft's MultiPressure System uses one pump per bay, delivering high, medium and low-pressure cycles through the same hose. Lower-pressure cycles are applied at a pre-set, field-adjustable pressure while high-pressure cycles remain unchanged. Chemicals are selected with colour-coded solenoid valves and pressurised by the bay pump, with a delay timer and by-pass valve regulating delivery pressure.

The VFD unit sits on a tubular stainless steel stacked frame for spatial efficiency and access, with hinged stainless electrical boxes, stainless tanks with clear acrylic lids and a Super E Baldor 5-HP 3-phase motor. It offers up to seven motor speeds with a soft start to reduce component fatigue, in a single pump and tank unit available in separate modules for easy handling.
